This is the launch of a small 4 month Zoom group coaching program taking place every other week beginning Wed, June 25th at 12pm - 1:15pm EST and ending October 29, 2025.

Each 75 minute group session will be recorded for you to use forever. Every session will include short lessons, structured discussion, reflection, exercises and a workbook to guide you in between weeks.
There is the option to stay connected via Whatsapp throughout the program.

Individual Coaching Sessions on Zoom -
There is an option to sign up for the enriching addition of 30 minute individual sessions on non-group coaching weeks.
